Developed and led a $5MM Global Service Delivery Program for AWS, managing a team of 15 Project and Procurement Coordinators. Built a portfolio of 300+ vetted Field Service Engineers across NA, SA, EMEA, and APAC. Ensured adherence to SLAs and KPIs, delivering world-class customer support.
Led a 12-person engineering team in Mexico to design and manufacture custom molded coolant hose products using Lean principles, including value stream mapping and waste reduction. Optimized production efficiency by implementing just-in-time manufacturing and continuous improvement practices. Developed key hose products for Jeep and Tesla, generating $6MM in new revenue.
Led an 8-person Data Analytics team to replace a legacy ERP system using a hybrid Scrum/Waterfall approach. Facilitated key Scrum events to improve team collaboration and workflow efficiency. Identified capacity constraints through workload analysis, resulting in the elimination of production support bottlenecks.
